We're just about 45 - 60 minutes from the NC mountains. When it is peak season, that is the place to be; especially if you go a little further and get onto the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Of course with Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12017427200723364752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6927196002363676480.post-48699615429819342842010-08-18T15:19:35.516-04:002010-08-18T15:19:35.516-04:00I'm loving your favorites of fall. This time of year marks the end of summer, which means the kids go back to school next week and I hate that.

One thing I love about fall around here is the cooler weather means we can use the firepit on our back deck. Love it in the evenings, watching the flames, sipping a glass of wine with the hubby.

Books--"A Tall Dark Cowboy"Anne Raineyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06110446131001665977noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6927196002363676480.post-29150718901389707082010-08-18T12:44:43.387-04:002010-08-18T12:44:43.387-04:00Fall is my favorite time of year too. I love the beautiful colors of the leaves, the cooler temperatures, hayrides, going to the pumpkin farm and helping my kids find the perfect pumpkin to set out on the porch. I love Halloween and like seeing all the different costumes the kids wear. Going to the Halloween parades are always fun too.

Books I've read lately are Good Girl Gone Bad, Christy Townzenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10588388841563340312noreply@blogger.com
