That is known as the Internet... I can't imagine how much I would get done if I didn't have the Internet. It's like an addiction for me. Whether its Facebook (which is where I spend incredibly too much of my time.), Myspace, Twitter, yahoo groups, or just plain browsing, it's a time thief. It really is like this deep, dark whole that I get sucked into and literally have to claw myself out from on a daily basis.
As much as it hinders, it helps though, right? Please tell me I'm not just telling myself that. LOL. I use it for research, promotion, submitting. I couldn't be without it, but I'm finding it hard to separate my time with it as well.
So, my question is, is it just me? Do you get sucked into the vortex or have you found a way to manage your time better than I do? How do you do it?
Also, in case anyone is interested, I've written my first young adult book. I have uploaded the first few chapters to Inkpop. I would love for you to check it out. The direct link to my story, Chasing Normal, is HERE. Also, if you enjoy it, you can add it to your "picks". The top five each month get read by HarperCollins editors.
