Sometimes there's just no way around it...it's time to get things done. This summer has been like that. It's my time to get things done. Funny, you'd think that as the summer winds down, things would slow down but that hasn't been the case around here. School is right around the corner and the past few days have been spent getting my daughter ready to move into a new apartment. This time she has rented an unfurnished place. Oh LORDY!!!! Talk about an expensive proposition. Yes, she has a roomie who is also contributing but we're still talking MONEY.Yesterday we found her a desk for her room (she's in college) along with a nice bookcase that will also serve as a tv stand. Today we head out to pick those things up and in a few days we'll head to the south plains of Texas to pack up stuff in the old apartment. Never ends, does it?
I've found myself wishing there were 48 hrs. in a day instead of only 24 because there is simply no ME time to be found. That's okay. I've faced these times before and have learned that eventually life evens out, calms down and you're free to do your thing. It's all good.

Yup, she'll be back in school before you know it and you'll have lots of free time! :)
Though that means summer will be ending and I'm not ready for that yet.
Man, this summer went fast! Exciting about the apartment. Good luck getting your stuff done!
I haven't gotten anything done this summer. It's been too crazy around her. I give up!
