Dream Vacations

I haven't been blessed with many vacations in my life. Something always seems to come up. Part of that *might* be because when I think of vacations, I dream big. There is a list of places I want to go and they're all... WELL, you'll see what they are all. With Spring break coming up, and me staying home *sigh* I figured I'd share some of the places I would LOVE to vacation some day.

All you have to do is look at this picture to understand why Ireland is on my list. In fact, Ireland and my choice below are first and second on my list of dream vacations. I have a friend who has a house in Ireland. I'm really trying to make her see when need to go there some time soon.

Number two is Scotland. I am obsessed with castles. It's my dream to spend days on end exploring different castles. Scotland is one of the places I'm dying to do that.

Um, who doesn't want to go to Paris? I read a book recently that takes place there and it made me even more anxious to go.

I've always wanted to go to Italy. My husband is half Italian. His grandparents are from NY and Jersey, but his great grandparents came over from Italy. We've always wanted to plan a family vacation there.

Where are your dream vacation spots?

What beautiful pics! I'd love to visit Ireland, Scotland and Italy too. I've been to Paris and it's just as pretty as you can imagine. I read somewhere the other day that Ireland is a BARGAIN right now. The economy is pretty bad there and you can book a great hotel for not much money. Hope you get to visit these spots someday, Madison.

My trips in order are: Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand and Spain. Hubby would get to play golf in all those places and I would go to the spas. Of course, since I'm Irish and Scottish, to see the history would be fabulous. The trip to Australia is the trip that would be the trip of a lifetime. We dream of Oz all the time and wished we could afford it.....maybe one day.........

Right now, I would settle for just leaving Texas for a couple of days? LOL!

Don't fret, you will go one day.

Nice pics! I've been to Paris several times and enjoyed it, so you won't be disappointed.

I really want to go to Fiji or wherever it is that they have those hotels on stilts in the water. I'd also like to visit Brazil. A friend of mine went there last year and I've been jealous ever since.

One day, I want to take a week in Greece and then immediately another week in Egypt and see 6 of the 7 wonders of the world in one shot!

Harlie,
I forgot New Zealand! I wrote a book with a Maori man who was from New Zealand.
