Post Con

I'd like to say that what happens at conference, stays at conference. In some ways it really does, but in others, I just can't wait to share stuff.

Regina - My darling friend was there in full spectacular force. She's awesome if you didn't already know it. I've known her for years, have visited with her at home, talked to her on the phone many times, and the woman is as true as she can be. I adore her. I also adore her uninhibited zest for life, her kindness, and her spunk.

Allie - Saw her twice. Didn't get to talk to her much, but she was in excellent company so that can only speak well of her. ;)

Now for the rest of it.... PICTURES!

Angelo. So Strong. So great at (un)screwing. He was the wine bottle guy.

Angelo. Poor boy lost his pants. Alex is next to him. But alas, Angelo, your "after" is just as nice as your "before".

Workshop in acting out your scenes. We had a serious lack of men available. I think we need to request that the Cavemen attend this session next year. Ellora's Cave? You listening??

Same class. Showing why a 6'5 man and a 5'2 woman can't realistically screw on a kitchen table.

Can you tell that I loved this class? Here the author had written that the heroine was on the hero's lap like this, getting spanked "seductively" while the heroine sucked him off. HUGE *ahem* miscalculation.

I couldn't resist. Kaenar Langford wore spikes. They were begging for condiments. And. They were yummy. Also, I don't think this looks like me. My lips disappeared in this picture and I cut my hair off. Ah, well.

Mary. A fan who spent nearly every meal with me and my author friends. She was a stitch. Resembles Cleopatra, right?

It never fails that I feel like writing during a conference. I'm always so inspired. I do this in Dr. offices too, but if you put paper sheeting down in front of me, do you really think I'll be able to resist working through a manuscript? Pshaw!
And this, dear readers, is why you need to come next year.

Reenacting "miscalculated" scenes. This is something many authors could benefit from. What a riot. I fear even the pictures embarrassed me. I am such a prude...probably the wrong word. Oh well, looks like you had a great time. Thanks for sharing the photos! (Sorry, nothing witty today. I am too sick to be witty.)

@Jen B. Feel better soon!!!

Yeah, the reenactment photos had us all blushing and laughing. They asked for volunteers, but as you can see, they had to reuse one woman MANY different times. No way was I going up there. I barely got through the photo with Kaenar.

@Phuong, We did have an amazing time. Angelo is Bronwyn Green's faaaaaavorite caveman. I made sure to bring back lots and lots of Angelo stuff for her.

I showed my hubby you're post and told him this what I'll be doing next year. Yeah, that went over well...Plus, he wanted to tell you ladies about the table...

There are two more slots including on someone's knees, so don't give up. LOL! Yes, from my hubby.

@Harlie, Yay for creative men! LOL. Sounds like you've got yourself a live one. ;) Can't wait to meet you next year.

I can't wait to meet you too. He says there is always a way. LOL! And yes, he's a keeper...

@Harlie, I agree! If you're die hard set on having sex in the kitchen, there is certainly a way to go about doing it (pun intended). ;)

I've been soooo behind and not commenting. Mom had surgery the day I arrived home from Romanticon and I've been camped at the hospital. It was WONDERFUL seeing you again, my darlin'. I only wished we could have talked even MORE. That's how it seems to be at these things though...running constantly. Let's do it again next year!
